Pacific Peaks Roofing is run by Luke Carroll. Luke started this company for a simple reason: too many homeowners on the Oregon coast were getting roofs that looked fine on day one and started failing the first hard winter, because the work was rushed, the wrong materials were used for a marine climate, or the crew that did the install was gone the next week. He wanted to build a roofing company that did it right the first time and stood behind it in writing.

Luke grew up around this weather and knows what it does to a building. He has seen the difference between a roof installed by someone passing through and a roof installed by people who have to drive past it for years afterward. That is the standard Pacific Peaks is built on. 3. Contract and permit. We put the agreement in writing and handle the permitting that the job requires so it is done by the book.
